INGREDIENTS:
4 panfish fillets per person
Ritz Crackers
Powdered Parmesan Cheese to taste
2 eggs/milk or Carton of egg beaters
Canola or Peanut Oil
INSTRUCTIONS:
Puree crackers until a fine powder, dump cracker mixture into 1 gallon ziplok
Shake Parmesan in cracker mixture. Shake to distribute.
In bowl, whip egg/splash of milk or egg beater mix until runny.
Wash fillets in egg mixture, then drop in cracker bag.
Shake ziplock until fillets are fully coated.
Heat oil in fry daddy or skillet to 350*
Fry until floating and golden brown.

INGEDIENTS:
2 cans sliced potatoes.
1 medium yellow onion
1 large green pepper
Butter
Minced Garlic
Italian Seasoning
Salt and Pepper
INSTRUCTIONS:
Pre heat skillet to medium high heat.
In a large skillet, melt 5 TSP of butter
When the butter is hot, add DRAINED potatoes.
Fry for several minutes, then add sliced onion and pepper.
add garlic, Italian Seasoning, salt and pepper now.
Stir frequently. Cook until golden brown.
This and the above fish fry will make you buy a boat!
INGREDIENTS:
2 pounds ground meat (Beef, Deer, Antelope..
2 15/16 oz cans of whole kernel corn(with peppers is fine)
2 15/16 oz cans of Pinto Beans
2 15/16 oz cans of diced tomatoes with chilis
1 large onion
1 package taco seasoning
1 package of ranch dressing powder
minced garlic
INSTRUCTIONS:
Brown and drain the meat, seasoning to taste with garlic, and add to crock pot. Add all the other ingredient, DO NOT DRAIN! Stir mixture, cover and cook on low for at least an hour, longer is better. If additional liquid is needed...BEER! Serve with additional chopped onion, shredded cheese and crunched up nacho cheese Doritos.
